Our team is led by Fulu Mudau. Fulu has over 18 years experience in treasury and financial markets, and possess expert-level knowledge in capital raising and financial risk management across currency, interest rate, and commodity exposures.
She has structured and executed various landmark funding transactions for South African government, large SOEs and metros and listed corporates. She has also assisted treasurers to implement effective hedging strategies using derivatives and cash flow products, including the drafting of hedging policies and negotiating ISDA, GMRA, and collateral agreements.
